How much does Red Condor cost?

Red Condor spam and virus protection is less than 10 cents a day per mailbox, with volume discounts starting at just 50 mailboxes. You’ll save a lot more than that in the time you waste sorting through spam… not to mention the cost of viruses, identity theft, hacking attacks, and all the other things we protect you from.

The signup page doesn’t require a credit card. How do I get billed?

We trust you, and we’re not going to charge you unless you are 100% satisfied. After the 30-day trial period you'll receive an invoice via e-mail and then you can enter your billing information if you’d like to continue with our service. When we say it’s a free 30-day trial, we really mean free!

My domain receives lots of messages for invalid address (e.g. asdf@domain.com) Will I be charged for these?

No way. If your server supports the SMTP VRFY command we can automatically detect which mailboxes are real. If not, our system will process bounced digests to detect invalid addresses. If your mailserver does not bounce messages sent to invalid addresses, you can turn auto-discovery off and maintain the userlist manually. If it’s not a real email box, you don’t pay.

Will I be charged for mailbox aliases?

No, you only pay for real email boxes. If your server supports the SMTP VRFY command, our service will automatically detect your aliases. Otherwise you can enter mailbox aliases via the dashboard and you will only be charged for the real mailboxes.

I have multiple domains that alias to one master domain. Will I be charged for the alias domain(s)?

No, you don’t pay for that either. If you have alias domains let us know and we will add them to the system and you will only be charged for your main domain.
