How much does Red Condor cost?
Red Condor spam and virus protection varies based on the number of mailboxes you have, with volume discounts for more boxes. We also have Hosted Service and Network Appliance models. Either way, you’ll save a lot more than that in the time you waste sorting through spam… not to mention the cost of viruses, identity theft, hacking attacks, and all the other things we protect you from. Call us and we’ll help you figure out the product and pricing that makes sense for your business.
The signup page doesn’t require a credit card. How do I get billed?
You start with a 30 day free trial. We trust you, and we’re not going to charge you unless you are 100% satisfied. During your 30-day trial period, you'll receive an invoice via e-mail and then you can enter your billing information if you’d like to continue with our service.
My domain receives lots of messages for invalid address (e.g. asdf@domain.com) Will I be charged for these?
No. If it’s not a real email box, you don’t pay.
Will I be charged for mailbox aliases?
No, same deal. You only pay for real email boxes.
I have multiple domains that alias to one master domain. Will I be charged for the alias domain(s)?
No, you don’t pay for that either. If you have alias domains let us know and we will add them to the system and you will only be charged for your main domain.
